Student License

Question

Good evening,

I tried to sign up for my student license and I got verified by SheerID. It has been a while and I have not recieved my license number yet.

I do get email from Alteryx, but nothing about my license.

I tried to sign up again, but it says my offer has been reedemed.

Please advice, I need the license for school work.

Hello,
Since SheerID shows the offer as "redeemed," your license key has already been generated. First, do a quick search in your Spam or Junk folders for an email from license@alteryx.com or community@alteryx.com. If you still can't find it, the fastest fix is to log into the Alteryx Downloads and Licenses portal (using the email address you registered with) to view your active keys under the "Licenses" section. If the portal is empty, please reach out to fulfillment@alteryx.com with your SheerID confirmation details so they can manually resend the code for your schoolwork.

I'm not sure why you haven't gotten your email yet, but here's a few things you could try (assuming you haven't tried these already):

* Email sparked@alteryx.com
* Messaging @SparkED_Team

* Navigating to the SparkED Students Page:  Learners - Alteryx Community
* Also starting a discussion post on the Students Discussion Board:  Learner Discussions - Alteryx Community

Hopefully one of these avenues gets you more results and you can get started with your development journey soon!
