I am not receiving the email with a one time passcode.

Question

Hello,I am not receiving the email with a one time passcode. However, I can confirm this is the email associated with my Alteryx account. I have received many other emails from Alteryx at this email address, including ones after the failed one time passcode. Despite many efforts to re-send the code, nothing is coming through. All the while, other Alteryx emails come through no problem. Nothing Alteryx related is in my spam. This issue is preventing me from downloading Designer Desktop.

Hello. Yes, it is, I created another post as the other one was never resolved. I sent a message to @AlteryxCommunityTeam.

Besides sending a private message to that group, is there anything else I can do to attempt to resolve this issue?
