Not receiving email one time passcode - confirmed correct email

Question

Hello,I am not receiving the email with a one time passcode. However, I can confirm this is the email associated with my Alteryx account (second screenshot below). I have received many other emails from Alteryx at this email address. Despite many efforts to re-send the code, nothing is coming through. All the while, other Alteryx emails come through no problem. Nothing Alteryx related is in my spam. This issue is preventing me from downloading Designer Desktop. folder.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately I do not have access to case management. I have tried a few emails explaining the situation to Alteryx using emails I could find on the website or online but they all say they're no longer in use. (MyAlteryx, etc). I've tried waiting a few days and re-sending the verification code. I am receiving other emails from Alteryx. Nothing in spam.

If you are unable to log in to the ticket management system, you can try emailing MyAlteryx directly.

Unfortunately I still have not received anything. Was there any action you took to get the emails? Are you aware of any way to contact Alteryx support?
