License Key

I signed up to Alteryx with my university and was meant to receive a license key through email, but have not. It has been about 10 days since I signed up and I have checked all spam folders. I have tried contacting numerous different people through Alteryx with no response. What should I do?

First off, welcome to the Alteryx Community!  We are excited about your interest in learning Alteryx.

I'm not sure why you haven't gotten your email yet, but here's a few things you could try (assuming you haven't tried these already):

• Email sparked@alteryx.com
• Messaging @SparkED_Team 
  
  
• Navigating to the SparkED Students Page:  Learners - Alteryx Community
• Also starting a discussion post on the Students Discussion Board:  Learner Discussions - Alteryx Community

Hopefully one of these avenues gets you more results and you can get started with your development journey soon!
