I am a new student, my professor asked us to register with Alteryx. I already registered and received the license. I downloaded the app, it says will send verification code to my email but I never received it. and the apps showing this error message: lost connection to Alteryx Analytic Cloud. check your network connection and cloud instance URL. Authorization failed.
I was using the MacBook then install the parallel, not working. then I changed to another windows laptop still not working.
can someone help me of this, thank you.
