Report with columns names in excel

Hi I have around 200 columns to compare below is a sample data. Here I am subtracting 10-10_Day and getting the result in 10_Check. When I do the final report please see sample output. it should provide me the row and columns names. Can you please help to achieve this. Have attached the sample data for the same. Thank you.

Hi @Lumjing ,

I'm not entirely sure what you're wanting for the output, and I hope I have the logic right, but I've built out the workflow as I understand it:

You may need to change the first two tools to reflect the actual data (I've had to skip the first row, and drop the extra columns).

What this does is Transpose the data into name and value columns, then create a group for each row/day check (groups of three). I've then changed the non-check fields to be Actual and Actual 2. I then filtered and joined to allow for the check fields to be associated with the grouping so I could then cross-tab back while keeping the Check fields as rows.

I then dropped the extra columns and created the difference formula:
