Is it possible to break up sentences in formula tools so they look that way in tables?

Basically, in a mass PDF file, I want text in one column of a table to look like this - where sentences and text can be broken up by line breaks (or the enter key) between. Or indented if thats the correct term. 

 

Instead of this (the action column once again) where the sentences just make one block of text thats not broken up.

Im using multi-row formulas to make these fields. Is it possible to force the text to look like the above in the table?? On a different workflow i tried the thing where you use a few characters to represent and enter but that was unsuccessful. I won't mind if someone wants to try explaining that one again.

@uriah - Yes, you can do this using a simple Formula Tool.

In my example below, you can use the following:  Replace([Data], ". ", "." + CharFromInt(10) + CharFromInt(10))

• Where [Data] is the field name for the block of text
• In my example I'm replacing the period followed by two spaces (".  ")
