Free Trial Issues

Hello All

   I am trying to use my free trial in order to take the core certification. I downloaded Alteryx designer to my home CPU when I go to sign in the system never sends me the code. I have been using Alteryx for a year at my job but i know I will not be able to use my work CPU because it will block the datasets I have to download for the practical questions. Hence the reason I want to use my personal computer. Please assist thank you

I think this may be a good candidate to report through my.alteryx.com to ensure Customer Support is aware and can provide insight into a resolution. The case submission process will also search the Knowledge Base in case there is a known solution
