Select Workflow Input Files

Hello everyone!

I want to share a workflow with my colleagues on Alteryx server. The workflow uses an Excel file (saved in one of our shared folders) as an Input. I would like to enable my colleagues (using Alteryx server) to select/ adapt the Input file themselves when executing the workflow on the server.

Does anyone know how exactly this works and can help me please?

Hi @kim09 ,

You can transform your workflow into an analytic app and add a file browse connected to your input tool. That will enable the option for the Gallery users to select the file from their folders.

You can go to the category Interface > File browse (right-click) and open this example to learn how that works.
