TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

I have an existing Oracle SQL quick connect set up using a user name and password.  It has worked fine up until now and was most recently used 3-4 weeks ago. 

Now when I go to refresh the data I receive the above error message and I have no idea what it means.  I am fairly novice to Alteryx and would appreciate help in understanding what I need to do to correct.

Hi @LJGatlin ,

It is a message from Oracle DBMS.
If it worked before and doesn't work now with the same conditions, there might be some changes on Oracle side since the last time.
If you run the workflow from a new environment, you may check if the database connection is properly configured.
In any case, you may need to consult with your Oracle DB team. Good luck.
