Market Basket Output having multiple IDs on LHS / RHS fields

I am having an issue with the Market Basket tools, where some rules in the output have multiple items in either the LHS or RHS of the rule.

For example, in rows 57, 58, 59:

I used the row ID tool to convert all of the item names to IDs, as running the tool with names was throwing up errors. However, when I go to find and replace the IDs back into the rules, the double IDs won't recognise correctly.

Any fix for this?

If I understand the problem correctly, can you use a Text to Columns tool to Split to Rows?

Or you can use a Find & replace to replace multiple items in any part of field if you have the list of IDs and items from elsewhere in the workflow
