Customer orders placed on a previous business day got a sales tax break

The above is the date and time stamp in my current customers orders data, however I'd like to give an 13% off if the date in [Order date and time] column is from a previous business day (202501017 in this case) regardless of the time for placing the orders. What formula could I use in the Formula tool?

Agree with @dreldrel , first we need to have a table contains non-business dates or business dates then using the Date Time tool to regularize your current [Order date and time] data to a "Date" format.
better to have a sample input and output data set.

It might be a little bit challenging with one formula tool. Instead, you may want to create a weekday table using the Generate Row tool, which excludes weekends and holidays. Then you can use the multiple row tool to find your previous business day. Finally, you can join the date back to your main data stream and give the discounts if [Order date and time] meets the condition. Hope this helps
