Browsing Oracle SDE Spatial Data Error

Question

I am attempting to connect to an Oracle SDE to read and work with data. I have connected successfully my ODBC. I am able to see tables and browse non spatial columns but get the following error message when attempting to browse a spatial column.

Unable to PinTDO type:MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY.  
Have tried upgrading driver but get the same error. If anyone has a solution for this or helpful tips, please let me know. Thank you!

It is point type spatial object. I have attempted the same with other tables and other geometry types, but I get the same error.

Hi, would you be able to share what the value or format of your spatial columns is?
