Then instead of using the Table tool, I would just set your sizes in Excel and "Preserve Formatting on overwrite" in an Output Data tool - just make sure you set the Excel range!
Can you expand your Render width? 300mm is about 12 inches so I don't think you have enough room - see if that works

What did you expand it to? You should be able to make it quite large
Agree with alexnajm, it could be that your page size is not wide enough. Also it's good to know sometimes Alteryx would cut the strings if the width is not enough
I expanded and tried multiple sizes but its not working:

Can you share your workflow so we can take a look then? It works for me for a small test flow I created

400 x 420 worked for me with your exact sample workflow!
I am on the latest version so it may be worth checking the release notes of your version and see if there's a defect or something affecting you
It doesnt generate it with the correct width.
I am sorry, I understood the problem as needing to make your table wide enough for your data which I think we have addressed. Why do you need the columns to be exact sizes if it fits the data?
It is a client requirement to use those width sizes.
on the render tool, change the paper size to custom and make the sizing LARGE to allow for plenty of room
@danettedavis this was suggested earlier in the conversation!
I used the overwrite feature because I didn't achieve the expected result with the table tool.
