I couldn’t find any information about my situation. I’m trying to activate Alteryx Designer using a free trial.
When I enter my email address, I get an “Access Granted” message (in French: Accès accordé). However, when I return to Alteryx Designer to complete the activation, I encounter an error stating: “Cloud license activation failed due to an unknown system error”.
Has anyone experienced this issue, and is there a solution?
For reference, I’m using the US1 Alteryx Cloud connection (https://us1.alteryxcloud.com).
