Auto correction of text/description

Question

I have an Excel file with approximately 20 rows, each containing a claim description. I need to read each row and automatically correct the 'Claim Description' based on user input prompts, such as removing special characters or rewriting the 'Claim Description'.

i attached sample input and i want use below prompt. Need to read the excel  apply the prompt in "CLAIM_DESC" column and rewrite the output into same excel
