Attach the document content to email body

I have a few Word documents in a folder that I’d like to email. Instead of sending them as attachments, I want each document’s content—complete with its tables and images—to appear directly in the body of the email. Could you please assist me with a method or tool that allows me to accomplish this while preserving the document’s original formatting?

Please prepare the document content by creating a new field for the text body using the Formula Tool to generate a field that contains the document's content. Then, you can use the Email tool and configure it to include the document content as part of the email's body. This can be achieved by using the "Body" field in the Email tool to reference a data field containing the document's content.
