Added fields from formula tool mising in Output data tool

I have made a workflow to convert text files to Excel files and I have used formula tool to extract date from the file name and used dynamic input tool for a sample template to which i have applied one filter.

However the output data tool is not picking up the fields i have added in the formula tool for date extraction. i tried using Join tool as well however its not working with the output data. does anyone has any suggestions for this?

i did, those 4 fields from Formula tool are not present in that dropdown.

@x01334795 instead of change file/table name can you try change entire file path, also have ytou provided a range in the desitnaiton query or just left ias sheet 1

I have left the name as sheet 1 only and updated the same in formula tool in the output path

and i tried changing the file/table name to Change entire file path still i am not getting those fields

Instead ot TB set output path as path, also try saving it down in another green tool where you have hard coded/fixed teh destiantion and see what that output would like (that could be a sueful insight too

which green tool and how do we hardcode the destination.
for the Alteryx workflow, the date is to be picked from input file name and added to the output file name and because this is a weekly activity i have added Directory tool and used dynamic tool to add the template.

Directory tool is picking up the full path as well as all 5 files from Monday to Friday and Date is getting extracted with formula tool connected to Directory tool.
With the help of dynamic tool (using template example) i have added one filter to the workflow, and because dynamic tool is after the formula tool, fields are not getting picked in output tool
