Similar to the "Wait a second" Macro developed by CReW, this macro stops data being processed for a set period of time.
Key differences
1) input is optional so could be used at the start of a workflow/macro, or later down stream with control containers between a set number of tools
2) uses python code rather than exe file/run command rool
Why use this over just control containers?
