Split Table into different Sheets / Tabs

Hi All,

Need some assistance !!

I have a excel file which contain three different table where data varies based on trades.

I'm looking to grab each table into different sheet (tabs)

Example: All "swaption" in one tab and All "FX Trades" in second tab and then "Rates Hedges" in third tab.

Input data attached, kindly help.

Control Containers just help here - just sounds like Input --> Output otherwise
