@josejony That means alteryx cannot find the tool.
1. Did you download that from the alteryx server?
2. Did you just download the tool package? I would check if you downloaded the admin version of one (designer or AIS) and the non-admin of the other.
3. Did something recently change with your machine?
These are the areas I would look.

After activating the alteryx intelligence suite also its showing there is a lack of liscence in the the alteryx intelligence suite. If there is any solution to this so please reply.
