ErrorOutput Data (32) sheetname is an invalid Sheet/Range specification for Excel

Hello,

I tried to run this workflow where I made some changes so the path in the Output file keeps the same no matter which user is running it but I keep having this "invalid Sheet/Range specification for Excel" issue. Anyone has a clue about what the issue is? Attaching WF and Output file.

You may want to consider removing the package and re-sharing with some dummy data, it looks like the data includes some personal information on an initial glance?
