Error Sending Emails from Server

We are having some trouble with our Alteryx server mayby someone knows what is happening.

At the beginning the error that started appearing in Version 4.1 was, and appeared when using the download tool:

We assumed it was due to the desinstalation of internet explorer from whom alteryx takes the proxy settings. 

We decided to upgrade to the alteryx version to 4.2 that we read it had more configurations for the proxy. But now the new error is:

And after trying some more configurations we got to this error and got stuck:

Anyone had this problem when upgrading to the new version?

I think this may be a good candidate to report through my.alteryx.com to ensure Customer Support is aware and can provide insight into resolution. The case submission process will also search the Knowledge Base in case there is a known solution
