Workflow created in designer with input and output file location specified. Saved it to server.
When i run them from server it automatically goes to _Externals...
Why is it not writing to the specified folder?
Are you selecting the output files as assets when publishing?
This will normally happen for anything that is "in" the package. There will be no need to have the outputs selected as assets.
I tried unchecking the assets box too and still same issue.
I have read few threads on this community and am a bit confused. Can we not schedule workflows to run that will read/write files to sharepoint /onedrive folders? If i have to schedule a workflow on server, the only way is to have the output going to a network drive?
