Box Output 2.5.6 List index out of range

Hello AYX Community,

I recently upgraded AYX Designer from 2023.x to 2024.2 and Box Output from 2.4.0 to 2.5.6.  I am now getting a "List index out of range" error while running an established workflow with the new Box tool version.  I am connected to Box via JWT and the only input is the filepath of the file I am trying to upload.  Python version of the updated Designer is 3.10 and NumPy is 1.26.4.

Open a support ticket - this sounds like something changed on an underlying method in a package used in that tool between Python 3.8 and Python 3.10 and Alteryx didn't catch it. The easiest fix is a downgrade below 2024.X and make sure that you are using Python 3.8.
