Output with Error messgae

Question

Hello,

After running the workflow when i click on output link i am keep getting this error message on excel. is it something i need to change my workflow or its  MS Excel issue.

" We found a problem with some content in "File name.xlsx". do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? if you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes."

please advice.

If there are any human entered text fields, make sure that you have your Input tool to ignore characters in quotes.  You can also set it warn on error vs. a hard error.   If you can find any of the text causing the error, try to search for it in the file.  Use the most specific portion to search for.     You are reading a .csv when this happens or writing one?

yes there is a one CSV input file. so this might cause this issue.

I see this issue sometimes when I create a table using the table tool or when it's a huge CSV that is created. Is it a normal output data tool going to xlsx?
