Reconcile 2 sheets to produce one final output

I am trying to produce a workflow that will reconcile to different files with the same columns and produce an output file with the results.  I am getting the output across the file and not down the file.  Sample of whats required is attached and sample workflow below.  Any assistance appreciated.

Without seeing the config of the tools, my guess is that you need a recordID on each file. Then select that as a key field and join field as well. You can knock it off afterwards if you like.
