Copy Volumes per Matching Item Name

Question

Hello all I am a newbie with Alteryx and was wondering if I could execute the following:

Excel 1 has function names with volumes. I want these volumes copy/pasted to a totally different Excel (Excel 2) to the same function names listed within. Example, Excel 1 function name 90 Day has 100 accts, I want Alteryx to copy this volume to function name 90 Day on Excel 2.

Also please note, not all functions will have volume each week, so some functions may have zero volumes. Would Alteryx read/paste these as zero or blanks onto Excel 2?

I'm thinking I need the sort or dynamic tool? Any help is appreciated :)  TY

i was unable to load the excel i kept getting an error of

Image upload failed. Try uploading a different image or from some other source.
