Microsoft JET Database Engine error

Question

Hi.,
Could anyone assist me with this.,
Microsoft JET Database Engine: System resource exceeded 3035=66571

I have tried below steps.,
i have reinstalled the alteryx version 2023.1.471 (this version is needed for our org)
installed access db 2007,2010 and o365 runtime redistribution., (no luck)
we are using o365 office.,

Same workflow it is working fine in other server without error.,

Thank you Eksaminsky for your suggestion., I installed the same driver before no luck.

Still getting same error.
