Required data in different format

Hi Team,

I am preparing the workflow but facing some issue, as I have attached the two files where in first attachment, I have the data available, but I want the data in "required data" format. could you please help us to guide. what option need to pick.

Structuring non-structure data is really depending on the format.
Assuming the data will not change, this is my approach and I was trying to be as dynamic as possible.

It is not as difficult as it may seems to be from first glance. My suggestion is to pull the data into Alteryx and then look what do you see in the Results Window.
The minute that you will figure out how to relate the currency to the values you will figure it out what to do

As I said, first figure out which data is needed and with which tools you can get it. There are no macros or advanced tools here.
It is all about understanding which data is needed and how to get it.

There you go buddy, I tried making as dynamic as possible. When it comes to the currency/months you won't have to worry in the future (if new currencies or months are added). There's only 1 comment I made, to double check the FY (as of now it captures the year in which you run the workflow). Let me know what you think
