Report Render tool creating two files

I have a workflow that is saving data as an .xlsx file and adding today's date to the file name. I am using the Report Render tool and believe I have it setup correctly but when I run the workflow and it saves the file, it creates two versions of the file. One without the date in the file name and one with. How do I configure the tool so that just the file with the date in the name is saved? (I am using this workflow as a test because my other workflow I am building is color coding fields which is why I am using the Render tool and not just an Output tool)

There is one known issue based on the Release Notes, but it says fixed! Designer 2022.3 Release Notes

It is running as expected on my side - only one file is created. Are you sure it is not a holdover from a previous run? Can you check the time stamp after you run it to see if they are both output at the same time?

@alexnajm Thanks! I ran it again and just the file with the date produces, then 10-15sec later, the file without the date produces.

No both records get assigned a date with the formula tool.

Very interesting - what version are you on? I ran it on 2024.1 and it worked just fine as is

Can you try a different folder to write to? I don't know why it would be different on ours than yours to be honest, maybe it's a specific bug to 2022.3?
