Need Assistance Mapping Fields to Specific Template Columns

I need assistance with mapping fields to a template file that contains twelve column groupings, each representing a calendar month. Specifically, I need to map my fields to Group 12 (Period 12). Each grouping consists of the following five columns:

1. Receipts
2. Unexp. Receipts
3. In-Transit
4. Misc. Adj.
5. Returns

I've created a macro in Alteryx to derive my inputs. Could you please guide me on how to map these fields correctly?
