I have a list of participants in a user group and i would like to pair them together based on different parameters eg different line of business, have they been matched before.
Does anyone know how this may be achieved?

Can you provide an example of what you have and what you are trying to achieve? Based on what you are saying this seems like you would use a Join tool and whatever is in J output matches. But it would be helpful for me to have a visual.
