Analytical App and Filters

Hi

I want to develop an analytical app that will facilitate choosing one of several options embedded within two alternative options 

So select
Option A

Choose Co 1; or

Choose Co 2

Or Select 

Option B

Choose Co 1; or

Choose Co 2

I can deal with getting Option A or B to work successfully with the Radio button, but i am not sure how to then embed the choices of Co1 or Co2 in the workflow.  Could someone help clarify the steps please?
