Alteryx Gallery unavailable after the server upgrade

Hi Everyone, 

We tried upgrading our server from Version 2022.3 to Version 2023.2 and somehow managed to not install the MongoDB upgrade to version 6.0 properly, please refer to image 13 & 14 respectively. I managed to restore the MongoDB from back up and was able to successfully complete the upgrade. However, after the upgrade got completed and we connect to  the Gallery, we are unable to login to the Gallery. Please refer to image 16 for reference.

Please help us out as it is our Prod server and we are running out of options.

@kaushik25101985 it sounds like you should open a ticket with Mission Control, the Alteryx support system. They should be able to help you out.
