Email Creation

Hello, I am trying to create one solid email containing all my tables. However, in the layout tool it is showing 3 records so it is sending me 3 individual emails. What do I need to do in order to have these 3 records combined into one for a single email report

I would use Layout and choose Orientation = Vertical and it should combine all the records into a single record, then you have 1 record to email
