Excel showing error when I use analytic app

Question

In one of my workflows, I am using Date tool from Developer tab. When first hit the run button in Alteryx, the excel file works fine. However, if I click on run analytic app, the large number of excel files keeps opening again and again.
The problem doesn't occur if after clicking on run button, I delete the output from the path which I saved it. (after run is complete) and then I click on Analytic app, it takes the date impact effectively and multiple excel files doesn't open in such case.

How can I solve this problem without deleting the output file from the path every time?

@Kartik21 I suggest creating a small workflow to replicate what you did in your original workflow. It's challenging to identify the exact problem just by reviewing the original.

There is a sample loop screenshot. It is a very big workflow where I have used such loop around 54 times. Also, I have used Date tool for applying dates outside the workflow.
So, whenever I use the Date Tool's analytics app for applying dates outside the workflow and try to open the excel file, it malfunctions in such a way that many excel files keeps on opening.

So, when I first run the workflow by clicking on run button of Alteryx, I have to delete the output file before using the Magic wand on the left side of Run button to get the required data.
Please give me solution so that I don't have to delete the output excel file every time before running the Analytical app (Magic wand) for getting dynamic dates.
For your reference, I have attached the screenshot of 70% of workflow to get a little more idea.

It is not really clear what is the issue, however have you set the Data Output Tool to Overwrite the Sheet/Range? By default it set to create a new sheet. When you define for it to overwrite it then it will keep write the data into the same file overwriting the pervious file with the new data.
