Updating field values based on the row values

I need to update values in row based on latest values. For example, First row in screenshot should be updated with 835 till May_2025 then Sep_2024 with 781 as there is the latest value.

in a table in a Community post
in an attached Excel file
in an attached workflow, as an YXZP file, where the data is stored in a Text Input tool or YXDB database file
