How to custom sort base on the data before render/layout tool

I have the data set please run the workflow.. The output file give me tabs order (1. Overall QA 2. Date QA 3. Account QA.)

But if you look the screenshot I connect first Date QA to union 2nd is Overall QA and 3rd is Account QA but its giving me Overall QA at 1st in excel. I need to change order but its automatically taking its own.

I think it has to do with the order of your rows.

You can force the order by ticking the check mark in the union tool and choose the order you want.

I have tried it but after layout its not changing it's same

It seems the layout tool sorts its outputs.

If you sort the output after the layout tool then the render produces the result you want.

Sorting is not the proper solution it will sort based on 1st letter of sheet name. There are three sheet name 1. Overall QA 2. Date QA 3. Account QA. I want result 1. Date QA then 2nd Account and last 3rd is Overall QA.

@faisal9999 You can change the sheet first name according to the order you want, as 1st sheet should be "1. Date QA", 2nd Sheet should be "2. Account QA" and 3rd Sheet as "3. Overall QA". You can change the same in the formula tool where you give the name of the sheet.

Agreed I know that manual edit as per requirement. but still was looking just to change in short manner. thanks all for your feedbacks

You can also add an [Order] field in each of the Formula Tools

Add [Order] in "Group By" of Layout Tool and Sort Tool Just before Render.
