New column creation based on the letter "P"

Hi All,

I am unable to create a new column where the cells are repeated depending on the first letter "P" present in metric column. Below screenshot explain the input column and how the new column output should be.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

@deepnandi
The above solution by @ShankerV is simple and workable, just do not forget to add a Select tool after the Filter tool to remove any unneeded fields before Appending it and you can rename it too.
