Outlook - reading delivery fail notifications and extract data to excel

I am new to creating Alteryx workflows. I have a requirement as given below.

Our company send large number of emails (200+ emails on last day of quarter) to external parties. The sender's email, assume is abcd@abdc.com.

Every time, I have noticed that large number of emails get delivery errors and I have to manually check which ones failed and take necessary actions.

Is it possible to create an Alteryx workflow that can collect following info from failed deliveries (outlook) and dump into a excel file.

email address , reason for failure , failure description etc

Outlook 365 Input Tool (alteryx.com) should be able to read in the emails and then you can extract the information you need from there!

Thanks alexnajm. I used the Outlook Input (Office365) connector, When I tried to login to my office account being in office setup, a permission request pop-up came up. After answering it , I got following email from MS Microsoft Security <MSSecurity-noreply@microsoft.com>

Alteryx Outlook Input access request received

Your request has been received. Details of your request are below.

Requested app: Alteryx Outlook Input
Status: submitted
Request date: September 24, 2024
Expiration date: October 24, 2024

This means I have to wait until they send another email with approval?

Yep, that'll be up to your Microsoft admin as this point to allow access!
