File Input Tool - return source file path

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to return a source file path as a column. I have hundreds of CSVs that I have alteryx read, example: C:\Documents\Data*

How do I return the file path for each file in a column, so I know where the data is coming from incase, I need to identify an issue in one of the hundreds of files?

Hey @Analyst323, one of the configuration options in the Input Data tool is 'Output File Name as Field' - set this to 'Full Path'. Same applies to Dynamic Input.
