Output Tool Function

Hello Team

Am new to the creation of Workflows in Alteryx and I would love to gain a deeper understanding on how to use the Output Tool function or any other tool if related for the Output of a report which would be generated from the Data Analytic App where the Output report should have the following:

Another way will be writing the data into a prepared template, defining the range of the data which will enable you to keep the target file formatting.

As you are stating that you are new, I'm suggesting you to do the Interactive Lessons to have some basic knowledge on the different tools.
