Create Columns for Each Metric

Hi,

Can someone to please share his expertise and ideas on how I am going to make a field from rows to columns? I have this Metric Green, Amber and Red in a column and would like to arrange the data separately column. One column for Green, a column for Amber and a column for RED. below is the raw data.

Thank you @binu_acs for this ideas. Just one favor, the total percentage for Xcol_Amber, Green and Red does not match with my sample. The percentage total is taken from the overall total percentage. Can you please made some update?
