convert file from .xls to .xlsx and skipping first few lines (by using Dynamic Input Tool)

Hello, 

i have these following two question and need to solve by using the Dynamic Input tool- 

1. can i convert my input files from .xls to .xlsx because having issue with .xls file to use in Dynamic tool 

2. how can i use "Start Data Import on Line" (similar from Input Data tool) feature on Dynamic tool because i have file where title is start from row 10 and i can't see any option with Dynamic tool to start data import on line#.

For #2, the option exists where you set the Input Data Source Template. It'll pop up a window and if you scroll down, it has the "Start Data Import" line

I'm not sure about #1. We've had luck with selecting the "Microsoft Excel Legacy" file format option which imports .xls fine (for us), so you might try that.
