Data String / Whats Been Added or Removed

Hi There,

I have a sample excel of a check i have to make on what has changed to strings. The attached workflow shows i get data with id's with now and before values : see data check input.png

What i want to do per row is look at what has changed from before to now and confirm what change was..

e.g Row id 1

      Now = Fellowes Folders, Blue

      Before = Blue

...therefore the change for row 1 is that Fellowes Folders has been Added....the output that i want is shown in data check output.png

..any help would be great
