Multi Row formula Grouping

Hi All, 

I have attached a sample WF to get my expected output using  Multi Row Formula and tried using the Tile tool but not getting the expected output..

Any help is much appreciated.

@suby did it it using summaries, formula, join, multi row and select. Let me know how you get on
