Names in different columns based on ids

Question

Hello all experts, hope you all are doing well.

I'm stuck on something and need some help.

I have a data with ids in multiple columns and I need to add a seperate column beside each id column to map their respective names from a different excel sheet.

I have added a sample data for reference.

Please provide a solution and let me know if any more information is required.

you just need to use join tools to get this output but you need to change the name of second ID and second Name column as you can not have duplicate headers for multiple columns on Alteryx
