Stitch together large number of excel files (Same format) with the header listed only once

I have a couple of hundred excel workbooks, that are all from a template, but saved 'as' for ease of working data.  

I want to combine them into one long file, possibly 10K rows... but the header just ONCE.. 

Less than novice user...
