Alteryx: Automate word doc changes while keeping format

Hi everyone! I am working on a workflow to automate the conversion of proposals into engagement letters. The changes required are standardized, such as updating the date, modifying specific keywords, and adding certain paragraphs. It is crucial that all formatting in the Word document remains unchanged.

Is there a way to use Alteryx to read my proposal (Word document), make these necessary changes, and generate the engagement letter (Word document) automatically?

In the attached sample output document, I have highlighted the changes I made for your reference.

Hi @YipJunHorng ,

You can let the text ready in reporting and create an app to change the descriptions painted to the ones that you want via Action and Text Box tool.

you can use the reporting tools to replicate the format in Alteryx
where you will be able to change any part of the workflow using the fields
this would be a dynamic option to achieve this.
